High end let, beautiful double room with en-suite

This is a very modern, high end let.
Lovely modern double room for single occupancy, with a modern ensuite bathroom, the property has a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and garden. The room has a double bed which is extremely comfy bed and the room has a silver crushed velvet sofa and also there is a mini fridge in the room. This beautiful loft conversion has some ceilings that are low in some areas, inbuilt wardrobes and large storage areas too. The room has a cabrio balcony that opens up, which is a lovely feature and there are views of the heath from it.
I live at the property with my 2 cats, who are friendly and nice natured.
The room comes with a TV and Netflix, all bills included including Broadband.
I am looking for a short term let of 3 months for now.
Mon to Friday preferred but I am open to someone here all week too
Parking on street.
