Description
ABOUT ME: Recently divorced with 3 grown up children and now living on my own - looking for a fun housemate to liven up home life - ideally an energetic and positive person to provide some social and cultural balance. Work in TV industry (from home AtM), so creatively empathetic, optimistic and open minded with a decent SoH. Love the outdoors.
LOCATION: I live in a small village jut outside Royston in a courtyard of converted barns on a farm - pretty countryside on the doorstep (hiking/biking) plus good access to local services and transport links in Royston (c. 5 mins by car).
HOUSE: Shared space includes large kitchen/diner, sitting room, downstairs cloakroom and utility . All mod cons. Double bedroom available has its own bathroom (bath with shower attachment). Willing to provide extra clothes/other storage if required.
Things I'm chilled about:
Animals (downstairs only)
Fridge raiding (but please replace)
Sharing meals/shopping/Netflix
Things I'm less chilled about:
Untidiness in shared spaces
Inconsiderate behaviour e. g. noise/parking
