You’ll be right next to the town centre. There's a Tesco express within a minute's walk, and a large Tesco superstore across town. Royston's also renowned for places to eat out - apparently more per capita than anywhere else in the UK (unsure whether that's actually true but it seems plausible).

Road & Rail:
Royston sits on the crossroads between A10 - a main route for London and Cambridge - and the A505 - the east/west route to Stevenage [A1(M)] and Newmarket. King's Cross Railway line station to Cambridge/London is a 15 minutes walk away.

Short term:
Whilst the preference would be for a longer term tenant, shorter terms would be considered at a rate of £350 per week, all inclusive.
