The house is situated directly opposite Therfield Health Nature Reserve on the brand new Redrow Hedera Gardens Development. The Health is visible from the house and the country walks and views are beautiful. The Heath Sports & Social Club with gym, bar and restaurant is situated a short 5-10 min walk away.

The room is furnished with a double Otterman bed with storage underneath and a brand new Original Emma memory foam mattress. There is a large chest of drawers, a full length mirror, an industrial size clothes rail and airing cupboard storage space. The room comes with private use of a family sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

There is a parking space with electric car charging point, a brand new washing machine with unlimited usage, a Sage coffee machine, air fryer, a Ninja blender and a private back garden with patio area and garden shed for some light storage.

I will be working predominantly from home during the week in the kitchen area. I'm very quiet and self-contained so you'd be able to enjoy your own space and routine.
