Double room for single occupant

I am looking for a mature, quiet, non-smoker of any sex or orientation to be my long term lodger. You would have your own: entrance, parking space, fridge, freezer, en-suite, cupboard space in kitchen, covered patio. We would share the kitchen, the tumble drier, the washing line in the garden. The garden is private and we both share it with my miniature dachshund. This means you must like dogs. He is quiet and well behaved and is mostly in charge lol!
You would be responsible for keeping both your and shared areas clean and tidy. I have provided a couple of sets of bedding and some towels but you may wish to bring your own.
It would be a bonus if you had a quirky sense of humour and were both sociable and private as required by both of us.
I would consider a Mon-Friday lodger if we could agree terms.
