Hi, I'm Helena.
I live in a lovely house ten minutes walk from Royston train station. The room offered doesn't have an en suite but there is access to a family bathroom which could be made private Monday to Friday. I live with a 4 year old dog who is super friendly and sleeps through the night with no problems.
The room has a blackout blind fitted at each window and has been recently decorated.
I have stated male preference, but only because the room would contain some of my clothes (access wouldn't be needed Monday to Friday generally) and men generally have less stuff! Feel free to message with any questions. I can be flexible on start date.
