The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Royston. It is a few minutes walk to Royston train station, local supermarkets and town centre. There is a private driveway, south facing garden. All facilities are supplied i. e kitchen accessories etc.
This is no smoking per free house.
This is a semi furnished room. Tenent would need to have own bed. Currently in the room is a set of drawers. Tenents must pay the tv license, contribute to the broadband and cleaner who comes in weekly. The outside area is maintained by the landlord. Local people on call to fix any problems.
Current tenants are two professional males. The shift times of their work means there is no clashing with the use of facilities.
