4 bed 3 story Georgian house

My property is situated in the centre of Royston so in easy reach of shops, restaurants, station, etc.

As the landlady, I am present for one or two days per week, sometimes longer. My present tenants are quiet, well behaved people who like cooking, walking, etc.

The accommodation has recently been redecorated, with new carpets. The room now to let is large, with two wardrobes, 4ft. bed, tables, etc. The room is on the top floor with a smaller bedroom next door.

The bathroom is on the second floor and is rather small. Downstairs there is a cloak room with washer and dryer plus toilet.

We have a cat who would like a cat loving lady, who will be happy for him to sit on her lap and not bother about the ginger hairs.

The sitting room seats 4 easily and has a TV. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to get into at one time, with a table seating 4 - 5.

There is a patio garden (under construction) and a conservatory. One more car could be fitted in under the car port.
