Thr bedroom is fully furnished with storage bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, sidebed, laptop table and TV with dvd player.
Family bathroom on the same level, which will be shared with one other person only.
The house is clean and tidy with good size kitchen and living room; three bathrooms (one on each level). There is a lovely backgarden with outdoor sofa and dining table for drinks and bbq; we have dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Off road parking is available on Orchard Road.
All bills and wi-fi are included.
We are a professional couple with a friendly cat seeking for a professional to lodge with us.
Ideally the lodger will be a professional person wanting the room Monday to Friday.
