Quiet Location close to station in Friendly House

Beautiful home a short walk from Royston station in a quiet road.

If only Mon- Fri let required, I am prepared to lower the price.

Accommodation is a spacious self-catering double room in a characterful 1920s detached house. All bills included, with use of kitchen and garden, dishwasher, washing machine, off street parking and fast broadband.

5 min walk from station with trains to London and Cambridge. I can provide parking at the back of the house out of view of the road.

Modern bathroom and kitchen. Furnishings may differ slightly from photo.

All the amenities of Royston are close by: there's lovely walking and a range of sporting activity to be had on Therfield Heath, and shopping in the High Street or Tesco.
