This is a great opportunity to rent a room in a self contained space with access to the annex through its own front door. The studio annexe is part of our home and is connected to the house of the landlord.

Just a 1 minute walk to bus stops towards both Harlow in 12 minutes and Stansted takes 40 minutes on either 508, 509 & 510.

A short 15 minute walk 0.7mile to Harlow Mill station, direct to Liverpool St station in 40 minutes and 17 minutes to Stansted Airport via Bishop’s Stortford.

Require references, ID and a credit check upon application and £800 deposit once agreed.
