Welcome to our modern, spacious home – perfect for a professional, sociable individual. We have a four-bedroom house (with two available: a smaller double at £700 and a larger double at £750 per month, bills included) featuring three bathrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs) and four reception rooms. Enjoy a large open-plan kitchen with double ovens and your own dedicated fridge – plus, two communal reception rooms are available (in a house so spacious, you will often have a reception room to yourself). A viewing should give you the opportunity to see the space and meet us.

Our home is kept in tip-top condition with weekly professional cleaning of the kitchen and communal areas. We also have a fully equipped gym in the garage with a soft floor, benches, and weights. Located in a friendly, calm, and convenient neighbourhood, the property is designed for professionals, which means it’s unsuitable for children due to the nature of the lodgers agreement.

I’m 33 and work in a senior management role at a law firm while also running a successful side business. I share the house with Clare (27), who works locally, and Anna (22), a recently qualified pilot based at Stansted (she’ll be moving out soon to live with her partner). We’re all easy-going, tidy, and sociable, and our lovely cat Peggy adds a touch of warmth to the home.

Residency is subject to a background and CRB check and is secured by a licence/lodgers agreement with a four-week notice period. Although I’ve lived here for four years and the current understanding is that the property is available until late 2026, this can change, so please ensure you have a backup plan.
