There is a conservatory we all share. I have my own living room. 

The downstairs bathroom is communal. The upstairs bathroom is used by the lodgers. I have an en suite. 

We have a gym in the garage with a mirrored wall, soft floor and mix of benches and weights for someone of any ability.

About Clare, Anna and myself:

I work in a senior management role for a law firm and also run a successful business on the side. I'm 33.

Clare works locally in her professional role, while Anna, who has recently qualified as a pilot, is based at Stansted. They are both in their mid twenties and have both been here for nearly a year.

We are all easy-going, tidy, and sociable.

I have a lovely, calm-natured cat named Peggy who adds a cosy touch to the home.

Who I’m Looking For:
I’m prioritising finding a professional, tidy, and friendly individual who values a warm and positive living environment. If you consider yourself happy, outgoing, and sociable, you might be a perfect fit!

We always respect each other's space and privacy. 

I am looking for someone with professional goals and aspiration that appreciates this calm and quiet home. 

I maintain a zero tolerance household to drugs and abusive behaviour of any kind.

Your residency here is subject a background check including a CRB check.

Residence is secured by a license agreement / lodgers agreement with a 4-week notice period. This is standard for all lodgers, and the owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement with 4 weeks’ notice. I’ve lived here for 4 years, and it’s been a wonderful home. This is only suitable if you have a backup place to live. The owner does not give us a date of which we need to move out. Last I was told I will have the property until late 2025 but this can change!
