1 bedroom in shared flat in a quiet area

I am a mental health nurse incharge working in NHS trust. Room is available from 1st December 2025 for 1-3 months as I will be leaving after 3 months but you can stay further , furnish it again and look for a flatmate if you wish. It’s total 2 bedroom property with 2 separate fridge+freezer for both of us for extra comfort, has a big living room with a dining table (can be shared) & I have furnished the room for your temporary usage (one single bed+ open cupboard on wheels+1ottoman storage) I will be uploading pictures soon. (Property was originally unfurnished but was later furnished by me) , I am not planning to buy any big sofa/tv/wifi at this point. We have shared kitchen (with washing machine+ heatplate electric cooktop+ spacious kitchen cupboards for storage) & bathroom + toilet (with bath tub) and rent and bills are separate (rent will be £630 per person if 2 people share and council tax is & £85.5 per person per month at this point , and water bills (paid 6monthly) and electricity bills(paid monthly) are both as per usage - if halved (has been below £50 pp per month but depends on usage ) . So, total for rent+ council tax + bills will be around £700-800 per month. Communal parking is available on first come first serve basis. I will be your only flatmate & I am friendly & respect personal space .
