We are a friendly middle-aged couple with a living space to rent.
The space comprises:
- Cosy raised sleeping platform with comfy bed, and 2 dormer windows with blackout blinds.
- Reasonably sized wardrobe with 2 large, fitted drawers.
- Bathroom comprising: toilet, shower, basin, heated towel rail and extractor fan.
- Brand new fitted kitchen with electric hob, cooker, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space
- Relaxing lounge space to chill out with sofa and space for your own TV.
- Numerous sockets both 3 pin and USB.
The only bill is for electricity which is metered for everything. (There is no gas)
You have complete control over the heating/hot water, (temperature and timing), as well, of course, over the amount you spend on washing and cooking etc.

Where can you find us?
The house is on Valley Way, a minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop and from Fairlands Park Southfield and woods which you can walk through to the town centre.
There is a small Morrisons with post office 2 minute walk away and the town centre is just over 20-minutes away walking
There is usually space to park on the road.

Rooms is single occupancy only.
- 1 month’s deposit in advance. (Registered with a regulated rent deposit scheme, the DPS)
- 1 months’ rent in advance.
We’re looking for a quiet professional, working person who will pay their rent on time and feel a sense of pride in where they live.

The rental is subject to successful referencing.
