- New fitted kitchen with electric hob, cooker, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space
- Relaxing lounge space to chill out with sofa and space for your own TV.
- Numerous sockets both 3 pin and USB.
The only bill is for electricity for which you have your own meter for everything. (There is no gas)
You have complete control over the heating/hot water, (temperature and timing), as well, of course, over the amount you spend on heating, washing and cooking etc.

The house is on Valley Way, a minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop and from Fairlands Park Southfield and woods which you can walk through to the town centre.
There is nearby small Morrisons with post office and the town centre is just over a 20-minute walk away.

Rooms is single occupancy only.
- 1 month’s deposit in advance.
- 1 months’ rent in advance.
We’re looking for professional, working people who pay their rent on time and feel a sense of pride in where they live.
