I recently bought my 4 bed house in a quiet family street and share with one female tenant at the moment but we are now looking to rent out the 2 other bedrooms. We are looking for friendly, relaxed tenants who enjoy a social chat and meal - definately not a home for party animals 🫣 The larger room is 4m x 3.4m plus built in wardrobe and looks onto the quiet front road. The smaller double at the back of the house is 2.6m x 2.5m plus built in wardrobe and looks onto the local woodland. We are very close to the beautiful Fairlands Valley Lakes, have 2 local shopping areas close by and are a 5 min drive or 30 minute walk from the town centre and train station;
