I have two rooms available in my four bed house which has been home for 25yrs, and have been letting rooms for almost as long.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with the rear looking out on to a wood and park beyond.

Parade of shops and pub just two mins walk, town centre and train station 25 mins walk or regular bus service.

Full share of living room, kitchen, modern bathroom (with great power shower!)and garden ... and a recently restored conservatory/garden room. Amenities include Virgin+ TV, oven, microwave, washing machine. Weekly cleaner included.

Both rooms come with bed, wardrobe, shelves, and chest of drawers. One room also has its own Virgin box.
