South facing sunny double bedroom

I'm looking for a friendly respectful housemate to share with, Vegetarian or someone who would agree not to bring meat into the kitchen. This is a sunny double furnished bedroom available with access to bathroom, kitchen and living room. I have Virgin media TV and wifi, all bills included, large sunny garden and plenty of road parking available. Ten minute drive to the station and town centre.
This is a non smoking house but if you smoke I have a large back garden and patio in the front : )
