Five bedroom house in a quiet village with railway station offering regular train service to Cambridge (10 miles) and London. Ideal for Melbourn science park and Addenbrookes.

I am the live in landlady who has two large friendly dogs and two nearly grown-up children who share their time between here and school.

We all share cooking facilities in the large kitchen/dining room. We have a TV room and there is a large library reception room shared by all. I can offer lodgers a separate fridge. I am based in Cambridge and enjoy being sociable but also appreciate my own company. I should prefer someone who works away from home unless govt restrictions apply.

There are two generous double rooms on the first floor. They are served by the family bathroom shared with other occupants of the house. The other occupance of the house, my children are at school during term time.

Secure bike, off-street parking and access to the garden are all available.
My teenagers are away at boarding during the week but they are at home busy and noisy at the weekends and holidays. We are a busy family with two dogs, 1 x very big dog 1 x very small dog.

We have a very large garden and a swimming pool and outside kitchen chill area.

We are a social house and often have people over in the summer, this is one of the perks of having a pool.

The property is gated and secure.
The room is furnished, The house is a newly built, warm clean and everything works.
