The double bed in the photo belongs to the current lodger and has now been removed.. A desk is available if required.. The room can be used for homeworking if required.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen has recently been completely redecorated and has new units and appliances, including a full-size dishwasher.

The flat is warm and comfortable, with gas central heating and double glazing. St Albans City train station is a 20-minute walk and Highfield Park 200m away.

Parking for residents is available just outside the property, which is in a cul-de-sac location.

There is a small, but lovely courtyard garden outside.

There is a small brick shed outside, and some extra storage is available in the loft.

I am looking for mature, considerate professionals, who are clean and tidy and are going to look after the place.

The room is only suitable for a single person.
