we are renting out this spacious double room with ensuite in a lovely flat in St Albans. The flat is in the town centre, 7 mins walking from St Albans city station and 10 mins from St Albans Abbey station. Maltings shopping centre at 2 mins walk.

The flat is really bright as you can see from the pictures, something very valuable with British grey weather :) it's furbished and well kept, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very quite as it faces the back street.

The room has a king size bed with storage underneath, 3 wardrobe spaces and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom is totally new with large shower.

You will be sharing the flat with Steve, a 38 years old British firefighter who will only be using his room 1/2 nights a week. This gives you a lot of space and time to have the flat for yourself.

Bills are included with SKY tv and broadband and regular cleaning service.

We can discuss whatever you'd like to keep the furniture or take it away.

We are looking for a single or a couple to treat this flat as their home. For a single occupancy it’s £900 and For couple price will increase of £150 pcm, for a total of £1050 bills included.
