A nice room in a conveniant part of town

Are you still looking for accommodation, if so, I have a single room that may suit you? It is in a terraced cottage close to St. Albans city centre and about a mile from the rail station. The rent, how does £85 a week sound? I like the rent to be paid weekly in advance. This is a no smoking home which includes the garden. If you have a car, parking is in the road which is resident only parking so, you would need to obtain a parking voucher. In general, you will have a free run of the house as this very much a house share rather than a place to lodge. I am told that I am easy going and laid back. Hopefully it will tick most of your boxes.
