Single Bed Room - St. Albans - Nice Area

Hi, A lovely single bed room in a detached family type home in a nice part of St. Albans close to town and bus routes.
The room has plenty storage. The house is made up of a dad living with 2 daughters (20 and 22). From Sept one at uni so mostly only here for hols and one at Uni in London so out a lot. We keep the place pretty clean and tidy. There is a dishwasher in kitchen. A separate utility room with large bosch washing machine and tumble drier. There are two large sitting rooms both equipped with large HD flat screen TV's and full Virgin Media cable services and surround sound DVD's. I tend to use one and the other is usually empty for guests to use but this is not set in stone...and I would like guests to feel free to use wherever e. g. If you wanted to watch something I had on.. do and likewise.. bu the girls can tend to take over with American TV (friends, Teen mom, dance moms etc)
There is a large garden - great in the summer and patio with chairs etc, plenty of off street parking. The house is a few seconds walk to a bus stop that goes into St Albans, or it is 20 mins walk into town. Lots of off street parking. Easy access to M1, M25 and A1 motorways and about 25 mins walk to train station or 10 mins on bike (one old one available). Use of washing machine, dishwasher, all house resources - broadband, stereo, cable TV, garden, old bicycle! etc.
Come and have a look.... or give me a ring to have a chat... We have had some lovely 'guests' who have now become friends and come to visit still etc. We are very easy going and this would suit a professional person who likes a little bit of company but not someone looking for a lively party house etc. Very occasional guests e. g. relatives ok but not wanting regular overnight visitors ! It is a family home.
This is a typical 1930s style house. It has been extended to make a master bedroom and I usually rent the spare room. There is a lovely locum doctor nutritionist here until July. but after that... it could be yooooo !
