Here we have some rooms available to rent in a wonderful converted bungalow in Park Street. The house sits in a lovely, quiet and safe cul de sac with super friendly neighbours. St Albans city centre is a £5 uber away or a 2 mile walk and we are 2 minute walk away from bus stops and Park Street Station for easy travel to Watford or London.

The house has a shared living room and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We have two bathrooms with showers and a large back garden and off road parking.

All rooms are available immediately. All bills are included and we have fast internet, sky tv and a shared Netflix account. There is no deposit, just the first months rent to be paid once accepting the room.

Current flatmates:

It's currently just myself and one other living here. I work as a Music Lecturer and he as an Accountant. We're both very friendly and social and have a strong social circle if you're new to the area and want to meet new people. We love a trip to the pub for a casual drink or to do a pub quiz and we both love watching sport.

We have a new male housemate moving in at the start of August.

We're looking for someone who is clean, laid back and friendly.
