Large sunny double room in big house with garden

AVAILABLE From October 23rd short term only until December 23rd or maybe longer term by agreement. Lovely big room in spacious house in a nice residential area. I live with my cat and have had a number of lodgers over the years. I offer a large double room (king size new bed) and you have your own bathroom. although it is not next to the bedroom. I have my own en suite bathroom. There is also another separate loo on the landing and also a downstairs loo. The bathroom has recently been re-fitted. Not suitable for remote working.

The house is on a quiet street with off street parking five minutes walk to Morrisons and restaurants and 1.2 miles to the station.

You have use of a large well equipped eat-in kitchen., washer and dryer, freezer, microwave etc..... I work full time and have a busy social life so you will have peace and quiet. I have Virgin Broadband and all bills are included. There is space to store a bike if needed. There are two living rooms.

Furniture can be added or taken away from the room depending on your requirements. There is space for a desk and a sofa or armchair if required. A professional cleaner cleans communal areas once a fortnight including your bathroom. This is my family home so I am looking for a like-minded quiet, respectful mature person. I may occasionally ask you to feed the cat if I am away. Not suitable for home working. My current lodger is moving out early October and the room will be re-painted. Not suitable for couples.
