Available immediately. Lovely big room in spacious house in a nice residential area. I live with my cat and have had a number of lodgers over the years. I offer a large double room (king size new bed) and you have your own bathroom. although it is not next to the bedroom. I have my own en suite bathroom. There is also another separate loo on the landing and also a downstairs loo.

The house is on a quiet street with off street parking five minutes walk to Morrisons and restaurants and 1.2 miles to the station.

You have use of a large well equipped eat-in kitchen., washer and dryer, freezer, microwave etc..... I work full time and have a busy social life so you will have peace and quiet. I have Virgin Broadband and all bills are included. There is space to store a bike if needed. There are two living rooms.

Furniture can be added or taken away from the room depending on your requirements. There is space for a desk and a sofa or armchair if required. A professional cleaner cleans communal areas once a fortnight including your bathroom. This is my family home so I am looking for a like-minded quiet, respectful mature person. I will ask you to feed the cat if I am away. Not suitable for home working. The room is not suitable for couples. and not suitable for home working other than very occasionally. Cat lover preferred.
