Large Double room - Furnished

A large double bedroom is available to rent as of June 1st in my property.
It will include a large wardrobe & Curtains. A double bed frame & mattress can be provided too if required.

Due to extensive renovations currently taking place I haven’t provided many pictures at all. But I’ll update this ad as the rooms are ready.

You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other individual. There is also a separate toilet on the same floor and additional toilet downstairs.

All bills are included except for the electric which is split equally every quarter.

A sky box can be added to your room but there will be additional charges for set up which we can discuss.

There is ample parking available adjacent to the property and there is also a lovely sized garden.

We’re a social house but are both also busy with our careers/social activities. Partial to a glass of wine on an evening but also appreciate that people need their own space.

As mentioned above , I will update the images as the renovations hit completion but happy to send some images/Zoom call anyone who may be interested so you can get a feel for the property.
