Notice and important considerations
- 4 weeks of notice will be required regarding leaving the property.
- Shorter term lets are also considered for discussion.
- A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent is required. This will be reimbursed at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection of the room let and condition of the spaces shared and furniture being completed.
- I live in the property and would prefer a quiet professional
- The house is on the market and buyers will want to visit on occasion. This means it’s even more important to keep the room tidy. It also means that it will be necessary to ask you for brief times when the house will need to be accessible to perspective buyers. The price of the rental reflects this need. At least a days notice will be provided if a buyer is coming to visit.
- there is a possibility that the room will be available beyond 6 months but this is to be confirmed.
Fully furnished with
- a microwave
- Cooker
- Grill
- Fridge and freezer
- 4k tv in the living room and bedroom
Type of person
The house would suit a professional who enjoys a peaceful and calm lifestyle. It will be shared with myself a male early 40s during the stay. no drinking, no pork and no smoking or pets and I am afraid friend stay overs are not permissible.
