There is a Gym in the summerhouse in the garden with a squat rack rowing machine and spin bike. You are very welcome to make use of it.

Very convenient location as we are South St Albans, easy access to all major roads, M1, M25 & A1.
3 miles from St Albans station - Thameslink into Kingscross. Approx time by train into London 20 mins.
Very close to shops, restaurants, takeaways and retail park is 2 miles away.
