Our property is centrally located and features six spacious ensuite bedrooms, with only one remaining available. It includes a well-sized open kitchen. Convenient amenities include the town being a 20-minute walk away, local shops with excellent takeaways just a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop less than a minute's walk away. Parking is available in front of the property.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with fantastic water pressure, in addition to a cloakroom. All rooms are fully furnished with high-quality furniture and neutral decor, offering a comfortable and stylish living space. We also provide a fortnightly cleaner and regular garden maintenance for the convenience of our tenants.

All bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent. We take care to maintain a pleasant shared environment in our properties by carefully referencing all tenants to ensure they are professionals.

The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, a new hob, a new washing machine, and ample storage cupboards.

To move in, we require one month's rent and one month's deposit to be paid upfront. Our goal is to facilitate a quick and easy move-in process, with tenants able to move in within 72 hours of accepting the room.
