Two large (approx 16 x 12 foot) unfurnished double rooms with high ceilings, in central St Albans £450 each.. Shops, cafes, supermarkets, practically on the doorstep. Quiet flat, quiet surroundings with Cafe downstairs.

Would suit mature working person or a couple.

Rooms are available end of June 2024. You can't let them individually. It's a two-room let. If you work from home, then it would be ideal. There is a BT full fibre broadband line in one room, and a virgin fibre line in the other room both of which would need to be activated.

You'll need to pay the letting agency six month's rent in advance in case they're not able to carry out referencing checks in time between now and 30 June 2024.

Your annual salary needs to be at least £21,000. This is a requirement of the letting agency.
