30 mins walk / 5 min drive to St Albans City Station. The flat has one bathroom, shared living room and kitchen - and a little garden! It really is a lovely homely flat.
Near to Carpenters Nursey, Heartswood Forest and short drive to major roads (A1M, M1 and M25).
Females preferred. Looking for someone to fit into a relaxed, friendly, home environment. Professionals preferred please, no students.
