The double bedroom is fully furnished, and less than ten minutes walk from St Albans train station, which is 25 minutes from St Pancras Station.

The room is spacious, light and comfortable. The furnishings included are a double bed with brand new mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. There is also space for a desk if you wish to have one (to be supplied by the occupant).

The bedroom has its own bathroom, including bath and shower.

Bills are included in rent - water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, TV in shared living room (including Sky Sports and TNT Sports).

The flat has its own free off-street parking and shared green space.
