Beautiful Flat Share in St Albans

From end of June/ Start of July (dates are flexible) I will be looking to have someone join me at my beautiful (obviously I’m a bit biased) flat in the lovely St Albans. It’s only 15 mins walk from the station and then 18 mins into London 🚂

Looking for someone to take the double bedroom, which will be fully furnished - happy to chat if there is anything extra you might need or want to get for the room. Looking for £870pcm INCLUDING ALL BILLS. This includes a cleaner coming 2x a month 🧹🫧

Its a lovely place to live and I promise I’m not your typical live in landlord. I’m 29, work in finance, travel a fair bit for work and am in the office 2-3 days a week. You will often find me in the gym (I’m a spin/gym teacher in my spare time if you ever want to come along to a class), playing sports and eating all the sweet treats I can find. You will have to be approved by the chief snuggle officer to seal the deal, so if you aren’t a cat person best not apply! 🐱

Deposit will be required and placed in a protection scheme, looking for short term at the moment (until end of October) and hopefully if it works we can then look to extend. 🤞🏻

The house is lovely, 2 bed, shared bathroom, new kitchen with a washer dryer, garden, parking is permitted but lots available and in a super safe area.
