One cat in the property, but he is very friendly!

Two professional late twenties guys living here already, with one girlfriend occasionally staying between university.

Located just outside clarence park, 5min walk from the train station.

The room is currently being used for excess storage, hence the stuff pictured, this will all be removed prior to moving in.

We're both into our nerdy stuff, like Warhammer, and like to have a drink, but we don't tend to have crazy parties so it's a relaxed living environment.

We hang out a lot in the lounge and I usually cook for the entire flat, and I am a professional chef if that interests you.
