Lovely room in St Albans

Hello! My name is Melanie and my flatmate is Clara. We’re both in our mid 20’s and early 30’s, professionals and looking for someone to join us in October as our third flatmate will soon leave to live with her partner.

The flat is allocated in St Albans, 2 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre by walk. The room is quite spacious and we also have a very big kitchen and a very big living room. Me and Clara have busy schedules so you won’t see us that often, but we’re both pretty chill and adaptable.

We’re ideally looking for a female, who’s a professional (working students are welcomed) and tidy, as we keep the space clean and organised most of the times.
Your room would have a toilet next to it as well and the living room.
