Beautiful large double room with own bathroom in my a four bed house in St Albans. Very quiet house with one occupant.
I am a working teacher and artist.
The large double room has a new king-sized bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe, the room is next to your own bathroom, with a power shower and bath.
I do have a cat in the house.
The house is located in a peaceful, smart cul-de-sac on the Verulamium Estate.
The hosue is brilliantly located in stunning St Albans, 3 min walk to Waitrose, 10 min walk to the beautiful Verulanium Park, with a fitness centre and spa, and the Fighting Cocks pub C1400
It’s a 15 min walk to the Abbey Flyer Station to Watford, and 20 min walk to St Alban's town centre with amazing shops and bars -
10 min drive to St Albans City Station - with an 18 min train to St Pancreas in Central London.
The 10 min bus to the station and city centre is outside the door!
If you are driving its a 7 min drive to major link roads M1 /M25 /A405
There is space in my large garage and loft to store other belongings if necessary.

Would suit a professional person Monday to Friday.
