Description
We're a couple who are looking for someone to take our spare room in our lovely house in St Albans. In the week Matt is currently working away from home and Katy teaches at a local school.
We're friendly, sociable and enjoy a few drinks at the weekend but we're very chilled in the week. We're very keen home cooks and love to eat good food. We enjoy travel, exercise and going to festivals in the summer.
The room is light, spacious and currently it has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. We don't have a bed/mattress at the moment but will purchase one if needed (we know sometimes people prefer to have their own so we will wait).
We have one shared bathroom, a living room, spacious kitchen and newly landscaped garden with a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped. We also have a weekly cleaner.
We are happy to have someone full time or Mon-Fri, if Mon to Fri we will charge 750pcm (bills included).
Station / shops / supermarket -10/15 mins walk
Pubs / cinema - 5 mins
