Short Term/Temporary Summer Let! Double Room

Hi !

I have a room available for 23 days/3 weeks from the Sat 4th July - Sunday 26th July for a short let/temporary stay. This double furnished bedroom in a 1st floor lovely large flat with a balcony and green space which is perfect this Summer, in a quiet spot in central St Albans to be shared with 1 other female flatmate in a second room. She works on site so noone will be during the day during the week.

There is an office desk set up in the lounge if you wish to WFH/looking for a laptop/computer space.
Bedding/duvet etc included. Bills included in the cost.
Wifi and TV in the lounge available.
No visitors allowed/respect for house rules and contribution to cleaning expecting as you would expect from using any shared space.
Any breaking of house rules will result in immediate expulsion from the property.

5 mins from town centre shops and 13-15 mins walk to St Albans City station, 20 mins walk to St Albans Abbey station, well connected to London, Elstree and Borehamwood, Watford and North to Luton, Hatfield etc.

We have gorgeous views, surrounded by trees with the flat set away from the road making it a quiet secluded spot, with a balcony that gets very sunny! Washing line and space if you have a bit of a green finger. Free Parking available/included on site or free in road beside us in evenings or permits available.
