Includes a large wardrobe, a chair and optional coffee table in the bedroom. Approx 11ftx14ft rectangular master bedroom.


5 mins from town centre shops and 13-15 mins walk to St Albans City station, 20 mins walk to St Albans Abbey station, well connected to London, Elstree and Borehamwood, Watford and North to Luton, Hatfield etc.
I really enjoy living in this area for the past two years so if you're new to it, I'm sure you will love it too! There is ample opportunity to put your stamp on it and make it feel homey, from putting pictures up or adding your own furniture around the flat as the flat is rented unfurnished. Available for a long term let but also open to short term lets. (I am planning to stay for the foreseeable).
Looking to replace my lovely flatmate who is moving out due to work related reasons after almost 2 years living together. Been in this flat 8 months; nice neighbours.

We have gorgeous views, surrounded by trees with the flat set away from the road making it a quiet secluded spot, with a balcony that gets very sunny! Washing line and space if you have a bit of a green finger. A great price for this type of flat set up.
Ample storage within the flat in addition to separate storage unit outside and big enough if you had a bike you wanted to store securely. Free Parking available/included on site or free in road beside us in evenings or permits available.
Large bathroom/new shower with bath, large kitchen if you like cooking, large lounge. We've both hybrid worked here and it has worked very well if you are looking to WFH, so flexible working arrangements. I work in a London office in TV a couple days a week, I'm a fairly busy gal out and about but like a tidy clean inviting home to chill in to watch a movie, a spot of reading or a natter.

Regarding prospective flatmate, I would prefer sharing with a friendly tidy female identifying person. LGBTQ+ and international people welcome!

Council band D, monthly bills on top based on updated April bills: approx. £190-200 for all (council tax, internet, tv, netflix, water, energy).
