Large Double bed in St Albans house ✨

I’ll soon be moving into this gorgeous house in St Albans and looking for a housemate to come and join me.

The house is set back from the main road, extremely bright and airy new build, with lots of space and a cute little terrace garden. Your bedroom would be the one on the top floor, it’s a lovely bright double room with space for storage. The other bedroom has an en-suite so the main bathroom would mostly be yours (other than when I want to use the bath 🤗). There’s one parking space that I’ll be using but the option for getting residents permits on the streets nearby. St Albans town centre is a 25 min walk away, and St Albans station is 10-15 min walk, which goes directly into London in 30 mins. The house is a 2 min walk from Morrisons and has lots of parks and shops nearby. St Albans centre has LOADS of shops, restaurants, a village market twice a week and has a lovely village vibe.

You’d be sharing with me (Sarah), I’m 33 female working as a self-employed doula. I’m really into fitness, yoga, socialising with friends, exploring new restaurants etc and love to travel quite a lot around work. As a doula I work with different clients all the time so could be home a lot some weeks and out all the time others. I also have a cat who’ll be living with us - he’s very friendly!

I’m looking for a lovely chilled housemate, someone who’s looking to create a homely vibe and be friends as well as housemates. I’m a real girls girl and love cooking and eating together when we’re both home, watching a film and catching up. Ideally looking for someone around my age and stage of life, a working professional who’s sociable, fun and wants to make a nice little household.

Bills aren’t included but the house is fully electric and has solar panels so hopefully should reduce costs. All other bills will be shared.
