Your bedroom is an enormous 17ft x 15ft with a desk space area (basically a studio since there is a spare toilet next door) and a kitchen next to the room too. I can leave the room fully furnished at an additional small cost.

Located in the centre of St Albans, on George St, you will live with my former housemate and friend of 1.5yr.

We will be flexible on who you are, but you must be tidy and respectful as per living in a flat with one other person. Your housemate will offer you the same respect and space as you wish for.
