I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom in my flat in St Albans.
I’ve lived with friends for the last 3 years and my old flat mate moved out a couple of months ago so looking for someone new… I’m super social and bubbly so was hoping to find a girl that I could be friends with as well as a flat mate!
I’m 23 and work in tech consultancy so do a bit of a mix of WFH and office but changes week to week! I teach swimming outside of work on the weekends sometimes and love the gym and spin classes, but love a social weekend of exploring the city and a few drinks out!
In terms of the flat details:
- It’s a 5 min walk to the station with 18min trains into St Pancras, and 5 min walk the other way into the town centre
- there’s a parking space if you need it
- room & flat is fully furnished but ofc if you want to add stuff to your room feel free, and there’s a desk in the lounge that you’re welcome to use for WFH!
