Double Room available

Hey hey,
I’m looking for housemate who I can share the flat with.
Double room is available in the town centre of St Albans.
The room it’s located in the first floor of the flat and it’s unfurnished but comes with built in tv set . I’m on the second floor of the flat which gives great comfort of living space for us.
There is living room together with a kitchen. You will have the bathroom for yourself as well .I’m working nights shifts,3-4 evenings a week and quite often I’m not coming back home then as it’s easier to stay in London. I’m Looking for professional, easy going and clean person who will be able to share the flat with me.
