My partner and I are away from December 8th - January 7th and are subletting our flat for all or some of those dates, we would consider a shorter stays but would prefer someone for the whole time.

The flat will come fully furnished, it is well positioned in St Albans for the train station and the city centre.

- 7 minutes walk to St Albans City Station (25 minute train to London St Pancras)
- 15 minutes walk into town
- Close to M1 / M25
- Quiet + peaceful area
- Parking available on nearby streets
