We are looking for a sole female lodger for a Monday to Friday let.
Cosy double bedroom with own bathroom.
Shared use of large kitchen and all utensils. Full use of leafy garden and off street parking for one car is available.
Close proximity to St Albans and Hatfield. Excellent access to M25, M1 and A1. Short walk to local bus routes.
We are a friendly family of three (mother and two teenagers) living on a quiet neighbourly street. We are a welcoming family with busy lives, plenty of comings and goings as to be expected.
We have stated a rental period of 3 months minimum and 6 months maximum but this could be extended on a 3 or 6 monthly basis by agreement.
£600pcm including all bills
References required. Female lodger required for safeguarding purposes and a DBS check will be necessary (which we will pay for). I can supply lodger with my DBS check.
