The flat has a large furnished living area and decent kitchen, great for hosting, dinners or evenings in. Office space within the living room area.
 
15 mins walk to the station, 5 mins to the high street and 3 mins to the nearest pub.
 
My current flatmate (best mate) is moving out to live with his girlfriend. I am looking for someone sociable, fun to live with and open to actually getting on, rather than just renting a room and staying behind a closed door.

Mutual respect for shared space is essential. Clean, independent and employed preferred. Always down for a drink to two.
