Gorg double with own balcony, 3 mins to station

Hi there, I'm listing my beautiful double room which is right by the train station (3 minutes walk, living the dream!). Flexible move-in date :)

Its a big space with lots of wardrobe space - note the chest of drawers will be swapped for a desk, but there's drawers inside the wardrobe. Cute little balcony with a chair and table for you to enjoy. The whole flat is super bright and airy, but the bedroom especially. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are all shared spaces. I can be flexible if its Mon-Fri let or 7 days a week.

I work in creative agencies and WFH most of the time, but super respectful of everyone having their space. I love theatre, music, terrible TV, pilates, art projects and hanging out with friends. Looking for someone to come and have the room as their home, who is also clean, quiet and respectful.
