Our property in the heart of St Albans is a detached Victorian property fantastically located adjacent to St Albans City Thameslink Station and short walk into the City centre. The property has been fully refurbished and comes furnished with interior design focusing on wellbeing.

There are 14 Rooms available (some of which are open for couples occupancy) with a mix of sizes all with either private ensuite or shared Jack and Jill ensuites. The bedrooms are fully furnished and fitted with double bed, private desk space (CAT 5 Wiring), wardrobe, chested draws, black out roller blinds & oxygenated plant.

The property also consists of shared communal space including a fully furnished living room with a modern L-shaped sofa, coffee table, break out work space, smart tv with communal Netflix Account and oxygenated indoor planting. There is also be a rear private garden courtyard with outdoor seating to enjoy the summer days and evenings!

Additionally we have provided advanced security for the property for peace of mind with front and back CCTV cameras.
