A bright double room is available in the heart of St Albans town centre, right on the edge of Verulam Park and around a 10–12 minute walk to the train station.

The room has a lovely view overlooking the trees and cathedral, and comes fully furnished (not including the white desk/drawers). A TV can also be supplied if wanted. The room is spacious enough to fit a desk, making it suitable for someone who works from home occasionally.

All bills are included in the rent, including electric, gas, heating, water and council tax. A cleaner comes once a month, which is also included.

The flatmates are friendly, relaxed and respectful. They are working professionals and are usually out during the day.
