The property is set in a rural location just on the outskirts of St Albans - only a short 5 minutes drive from Radlett. It’s set within 2 acres of land with a further 400 acres of land surrounding it made up of walkways, streams and woodland.

Transport links:: Easy access (10 minute drive) to the M1 and M25. Close by is Radlett train station which has direct links from Radlett to London's Kings Cross station.

There is a lovely country kitchen to cook if you like cooking and a fully equipped gym to burn off the calories. The bathroom is a shared wetroom with a shower.

I live here with my wife and our grownup child. We do have a Belgian Malinois dog - (German Shepherd looking breed). I mention this in case you are scared of dogs in which case this property may be unsuitable for you.

The successful tenant must be either employed or self employed- however not someone who works mainly from home please.
