The property has no overhanging neighbours. Its very rural and located just on the outskirts of St Albans - only a short 5 minutes drive from Radlett.

Transport links: there’s easy access (10 minute drive) to the M1 and M25. Close by is Radlett train station which has direct links from Radlett to London's Kings Cross station.

The property is located within the AL2 postcode and stands alone with the closest neighbours some 500 meters away. Parking is also available.

There is a lovely country kitchen to cook and a gym to burn off the calories. The bathroom is a shared wetroom with shower.

I live with my wife and teenage child at the property and as the property is quite large, I'm looking to let the one furnished double room.. Bills are inclusive.

The successful tenant must be employed or self employed- however not ideally someone who works from home please.

I do run various businesses from home making use of the land. Over weekends during the summer months I do rent out the land as an events venue. There’s numerous people outside on these occasions and if noise is an issue in anyway from these few events then this place may not be suitable.
