Looking for someone with hobbies/friends of your own. You must be in full time employment or education.

The house is modern & clean with a big garden to share. There is a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

In your room, there is a built-in wardrobe and a double divan bed with storage drawers. Other furniture is available if you would like it e. g. desk, armchair, bookshelves, etc.

Wireless broadband is available throughout the house.

Your bathroom will be shared with my daughter who is in her mid-20s. It has a walk in power shower and bath. I have my own en-suite.

If you have a small car we can all park on the driveway, otherwise there is road parking available in this quiet residential cul-de-sac.

My 22 year-old son visits a couple of times a year during the Uni holidays and I also have two cats.

You're welcome to smoke in the garden (or the garage if it's really cold) but no smoking inside the house.

Redbourn is 2 miles from M1 - junction 9, and about 5 miles from St Albans, Harpenden and Hemel Hempstead. 30 minutes drive to Welwyn Garden City, 30 mins to Borehamwood, 45 mins to Milton Keynes (all times are in the rush hour). Frequent fast trains to St Pancras from Harpenden and St Albans.
