Double Room in Luxury Apartment

I have a double room in a gorgeous 2 bed apartment available in November. It's a new build and a 5 minute walk to St. Albans train station. Lovely area.

You would need to furnish your own room, there is a sofa and a 6 seat dining table in open plan kitchen. All mod cons, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washer dryer.

There is a free gym on the complex.

Enjoy cooking

I am very tidy, clean and considerate.
The rent is at the top end as this is the highest spec apartment, it's gorgeous.
